Are you ready to become a Quad partner?

As a Reselling and Implementation Partner, you will play a critical role in expanding the reach of the Quad Platform across industries and regions. Partners in this category are entrusted with not only promoting and selling the Quad Platform solutions but also leading successful deployments, customer onboarding, and post-implementation support

Talent and Capability Requirements

To successfully implement and scale the Quad Platform, partners must invest in building strong technical and operational teams. This includes training resources on Quad deployment, machine integration, MES configuration, data analytics, and IoT connectivity. Field engineers, solution architects, and customer success specialists will be critical in driving adoption and ensuring customer value

  • Team Size: Partners must have a minimum of 30 full-time employees on their payroll to ensure stability and scalability for multi-customer deployments

  • Onsite Engineering Resources: Each partner must maintain at least 5 qualified field engineers in the target region, with a background in industrial engineering (mechanical, electrical, electronics, or automation) to support on-ground deployment and troubleshooting

  • Certification Requirements: Partner organizations must complete the Autosys Certification Program, covering core technical competencies on both Quad Connect (edge device and IoT layer) and the Quad Platform MES (application and analytics layer)

  • Technical Readiness: Partners must demonstrate hands-on expertise in basic industrial networking, machine data acquisition (PLC, SCADA), and OT/IT system integration to ensure seamless project execution

  • Customer Support Infrastructure: Partners must have a structured customer support system, including a ticketing/helpdesk mechanism, escalation matrix, and service level commitments to support Quad deployments post-implementation

  • Training Commitment: Partners must commit to sending at least two technical resources annually for refresher training and updates on new Quad Platform releases to maintain certification validity
Strategic Integration with Quad Platform

Partners are expected to align their digital transformation services with the Quad Platform’s vision of real-time manufacturing intelligence. Seamless integration of customer production processes, existing systems (ERP, SCADA, PLCs), and operational workflows with Quad’s modules will enable greater plant visibility, control, and optimization

Market Positioning and Competitive Edge

Partners must position Quad not just as an MES, but as a comprehensive Industry 4.0 solution — combining real-time production monitoring, predictive analytics, AI-driven insights, and digital workforce augmentation. Differentiation lies in delivering measurable ROI for customers through operational excellence, agility, and smarter decision-making

Customer Success and Lifecycle Strategy

True success lies beyond deployment. Partners must build a proactive customer success practice — driving onboarding, training, utilization of new features, continuous improvement engagements, and periodic value realization reviews. By managing the full customer lifecycle, partners will create long-term value and maximize customer retention


Reselling Partners are expected to have a strong go-to-market strategy, an understanding of industrial manufacturing environments, and the ability to position the Quad Platform as a transformative solution for digitalization and operational excellence. Implementation capability is equally important. Partners must demonstrate technical proficiency in setting up Quad Connect devices, integrating machine and production data, configuring Quad Platform modules, and delivering customized implementations aligned to customer KPIs
